Am I the only person not into this?

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 15 July 2008 05:17 (A review of Whose Line Is It Anyway?)

Everyone seems to love this show. It's amazing to so many people, yet I can't seem to wrap my head around it. The skits are not funny in the least bit, and it doesn't help that the actors doing the skits aren't enjoyable to watch either. Sooo, I pretty much think this show stinks, and it should stop getting so much praise from everyone, :)

Nuff said!

Family Guy

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 15 July 2008 05:11 (A review of Family Guy)

Family Guy is considered one of the best shows on television, and honestly, I agree. You cannot go wrong with this show. Every time I watch it I laugh at a new joke, which by the way the jokes are hilarious. My favorite character is Brian. He is so funny when he says everything in a serious and smart way. He outwits everyone in the show with his quick and hilarious remarks. He is easily the most comedic character in Family Guy. I only began watching this show a couple of years ago, but I realized quick that it is one of the best.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 15 July 2008 05:04 (A review of American Dad!)

From the guys who brought you Family Guy, comes American Dad. This is a great show. It is obviously not as good as Family Guy, but that is expected. My favorite character is Stan. He is like Peter in a way. The story is great, and the comedy is excellent. The Creators of Family Guy really know how to make a great show. If you haven't seen this show yet, then what are you waiting for? watch American Dad. It is one of the best Animated television shows on the air.

Unfunny Trash.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 15 July 2008 04:58 (A review of The Daily Show)

Jon Stewart was good once, that once being his role in Big Daddy. He decided to take on his own talk show where he mocks the worldwide news. Sound familiar? He should've just stopped his entire career after his film appearance, because his show is absolutely terrible, just unfunny talk being dished around, and not in the least are on target. He's a cool guy, but he isn't a good comedian, and people LOVE him and his show. It boggles my mind!

Hilarious.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 15 July 2008 04:45 (A review of The Big Bang Theory)

This show has quickly became popular on national television. It is a great sitcom about a few friends and their crush on the girl next door, and their hilarious occurrences. David Litt, The same guy who created The King Of Queens, does the teleplay. This is one of the funniest sitcoms on television. I suggest you watch it if you haven't yet.

Excellent.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 15 July 2008 04:34 (A review of Malcolm in the Middle)

Malcolm in the middle is one of those shows That I used to watch when I was a pretty young age. To tell you the truth, I still love this show to this day, They don't make new episodes anymore, but the re-runs are still great. Frankie Muniz does great as Malcolm. He makes me laugh every time I watch the show. This is one of the best family comedies on television. You will most likely not find any show as unique as "Malcolm In The Middle".

Big Brother

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 15 July 2008 04:28 (A review of Big Brother US)

This is one of the funniest, most entertaining reality shows on television. There is no show like it. The concept is great with several contestants placed in one big house having to put up with each other. It is hilarious. Their are often so many arguments and confrontations between the house guests. This show is addicting to watch, even if you haven't seen any of the previous seasons. Just turn on the television and watch the show. You will highly enjoy watching Big Brother.

The Real World Hollywood.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 15 July 2008 04:15 (A review of The Real World)

The newest season of the real world was by far the most entertaining. It contained much more drama and confrontations, which is really what the show is all about. I think "The Real World" is one of the most entertaining reality shows on Television, if not the most. If you you have not seen this show, then I suggest you do. You will be hooked.

The Hitcher Movie Review.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 15 July 2008 04:04 (A review of The Hitcher)

This is a pretty entertaining film. It has a few very suspenseful scenes that I highly enjoyed. The plot was basic though, which I thought was disappointing. I felt that maybe the story could have expanded and been a lot more in depth. The film would have been great if those aspects were not involved. I am not saying that basic stories and plots in films are bad, I am just saying that it wasn't pulled off very well here. But to be positive, it was one of the most entertaining horror films out there. Just don't except Award winning material. Enjoy the film.

Could have been better, but still good.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 15 July 2008 01:32 (A review of Street Kings)

"Street Kings" is a highly entertaining film. Keanu Reeves was not great, but he did perform well. The rest of the cast was really good. The best performances was by Forest Whitaker and Hugh Laurie. They were both excellent. The rest of the supporting cast was good, but very out of place. There were just too many big stars mixed in at random scenes of the film. It kind of seemed like the film could easily have had several less characters. Other than that, the cast was great.

The story was about a cop named Tom Ludlow (Reeves) who is going through a rough patch in his life after his wife died. He drinks a lot, and often gets angry. He is an ordinary police officer until he is framed for murdering two other deputies. From there on out the film is chaotic and extremely pulse pounding. The film gets over the top entertaining. Prior to that, his ex-partner Terrence Washington is killed. Ludlow is also framed for that. So basically his life is going downhill and he sets out on a mission to find the killers. To assist him is deputy Paul Diskant played by Chris Evans. They get several leads from various people around town and are very successful in the investigation. They think they have the crooks until Diskant is killed and Ludlow finds himself in a deadly conspiracy where all of of the Los Angeles Police Department is after him. Ludlow Survives, and is later cleared by Captain James Biggs (Laurie) of any crimes he may or may have not committed.

The film is highly entertaining, and a lot like Training Day or Harsh Times in a way. So if you enjoyed those two films, and are interested in intense action, then this is the film for you.

*May Contain Spoilers*
