A Great Show.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 10 July 2008 10:10 (A review of Beauty and the Geek)

Beauty And The Geek is a great show with a lot of hilarious moments and a great concept. Several beautiful woman have one geek partner and go through several challenges with them as teams. I think this show really brings out the beauty in the geek. I highly enjoy this show and I think it is one of the best reality shows on the air.

One Of My Favorites.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 10 July 2008 04:28 (A review of Yes, Dear)

"Yes,Dear" is a genuinely great show with a great cast and excellent story. It revolves around a large family. Two in which being Middle aged brothers. The two sides of the family go through their everyday events trying to put up with each other, which is a very unique plot that is not often seen in shows nowadays. I laugh every time I see this show. The actors are put together perfectly, The lines are great, and never out of place, and I am never bored while watching it and That is a big plus. The story is very well done and cannot think of anything wrong with it. I would easily put this show to close to the top of my favorite shows list. I cannot think of any flaws in this series.

Entertaining.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 10 July 2008 04:16 (A review of Flavor of Love)

This show has it's hilarious moments and it's not so hilarious moments. It is about "New York". A woman looking for love with several guys in the mix. It is just your typical show where the main character has to find true love with a bunch of people to get to know and choose from. I think it is a very average show and can be very fun to watch. It does not compare to it's predecessors like "A Shot At Love" or "I Love Money", but it is worth watching.

Hilarious.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 10 July 2008 04:08 (A review of I Love Money)

This show is so fun to watch and hilarious at the same time. I just get a kick out of seeing the contestants say certain things to each other. They argue about certain ridiculous topics. the show is just extremely entertaining. The show contains contestants from other shows like "Flavor Of Love", and other shows. They are competing for $250,000 and go through several competitions to win the money. I just suggest watching this show due to it's comedy and because it is one of the most entertaining shows on television.

A Great Comedy/Drama Series.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 10 July 2008 03:57 (A review of Rescue Me)

"Rescue Me" is a very well made, great television show. It took awhile for me to get used to, but after a full episode I was hooked. It is about a guy named Tommy Gavin (Denis Leary), and his very eventful life, friends, and family. I think he is great for the main role. This is one of the most entertaining shows on television. The drama is great, and the comedy is perfectly timed and hilarious. If you haven't seen this television show, then I suggest you do.

Way Overrated.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 10 July 2008 03:44 (A review of The Simpsons)

While "The Simpsons" has become arguably the greatest animated television show ever made, I am disagreeing majorly. Why? maybe because whenever I watch it, I am not finding myself laughing, or even enjoying it the least bit. I guess I just don't see the humor in it. I don't know why, but I just don't find "The Simpsons" appealing. I prefer a much different genre of a television show. It is way overrated in my opinion.

Plot Holes, And Quite Cheesy, But Entertaining.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 10 July 2008 03:36 (A review of Mindhunters)

"Mindhunters" tells the story of several FBI Agents that go on a training mission on a deserted island to see if they have what it takes. At first, the mission is normal. With practice objectives, and obstacles. There is only one thing. Are these small objectives and occurences actually just training? the answer is no, they are not. This film is filled with so many twists and turns it boggled my mind. First I thought these weird happenings were part of the training process, then I thought differently. I just kept changing my mind, and the film was really making me think. At first it was confusing, but when I got further through the film it got highly entertaining to watch, and I was really enjoying it. After all of that, the group members begin getting killed one by one in vastly different ways. The group realizes the killer is one of their own and things start going crazy and very thrilling. The film is great up to the final fifteen minutes or so where there was just one twist too many, and I just wanted the film to get to the main point. The film had some corny scenes, and the fight choreography was horrible. Good thing there was only one fight. Other than that I highly enjoyed this film and recommend it very much.

AMAZING!!!!!!!!

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 8 July 2008 10:43 (A review of Microsoft Xbox 360)

Please don't listen to any PS3 fanboys or fangirls about the X-Box 360 because it is quite obvious that it reigns over the PS3. The graphics are perfect, especially in high definition. The gameplay is great on single player and online play, and that is a huge plus. The X-Box 360 has the greatest online play ever made. The PS3 on the other hand, has very poor online play. Those are only a few of the comparisons. If you are looking to buy a video game console, then the X-Box 360 is the one to buy.

You don't mess with the Zohan. Are do you?

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 8 July 2008 10:23 (A review of You Don't Mess with the Zohan)

Adam Sandler most recent film is about a counter terrorist agent who moves to America to become a hairstylist. Meanwhile, there are several people after him trying to kill him.

The story was sub-par with several flaws however. It was a bit rushed and had some pretty dull moments and plot holes.

Adam Sandler has always been known for acting as bizarre yet hilarious characters in is films throughout his career. He has been successful in most of them and most are real crowd pleasers. He has really made his mark in the film industry. If you are looking for one of those films. In other words one of his classic comedy films, then I am sorry to say, you will not find it in Zohan. This film is more of a spoof film than any others. Sandler has his mildly funny moments, but after watching this film you will not feel that classic Sandler spark. It is more of a film for pure entertainment, not winning an oscar type.

Well now the final verdict. Is Zohan really a film worth spending 1 hour and 45 minutes on? or is it pure garbage?. Well, I say it is somewhat entertaining with some decent action scenes, and Pretty good acting. And one more thing. I was never bored while watching it. Those are the positives. Now, here are the negatives. Throughout the film you will most likely not be laughing at certain scenes. The reason I say that, is because there are so many horribly laid out jokes that just fail on every level. And they have bad timing as well. Some of them are also just too old to use these days. There is only one more negative aspect. The film is rather corny. Some of the lines could be drastically improved and the acting can at a lot of times be cheesy. I think Zohan is worth the watch, but only for fun with friends.

The Best Film Resource.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 8 July 2008 09:57 (A review of Leonard Maltin's Movie Guide 2008)

This movie guide created by Leonard Maltin, is quite impressive. It contains tens of thousands of titles, and hundred's of actor's, actresses, and director listings. It is the most in depth and complete film resource out there. Not including the internet of course. Whenever I want to know information about a film, I look in this book. It is an excellent book.
