Average.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 14 July 2008 11:38 (A review of Conspiracy)

I think this film is just average. It is a straight to video film so that was expected. I was hoping for much more though. The story was very basic with an interesting and very unexpected twist. I was actually very into the film until the middle to end of it. The acting was pretty bad but it was not a huge factor. There was one thing that really bugged me though. The fight choreography was absolutely terrible. I was extremely disappointed. Then again, it was straight to dvd. If you do not expect much from this film going in, and do not mind very corny scenes, then you should enjoy this film to a certain extent.

Good For Awhile.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 13 July 2008 08:42 (A review of Room Raiders)

This show is good, and that is all I am giving it. It is a rather weird show actually, with people getting taken out of their houses to get room raided. Room raided means basically spying and looking at everything in one's personal life. Of course pictures are hidden. At first I was highly entertained watching it. I enjoyed the concept. Though after awhile I got annoyed at what the show was about. I didn't like the whole breaking into people's houses concept. Not to mention the fact that the show got very repetitive after several episodes with no new material. Basically, the show is good when you first watch it for awhile, but after that you will become bored and not interested.

Extremely Fun To Watch.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 13 July 2008 08:24 (A review of The X-Effect)

This is one of the most entertaining reality television shows on the air. It is extremely fun to watch.

The show is about two ex partners that are put into a hotel together. They are put there to test if they are faithful to their current partners. Throughout the course of the show they are tested in even more extreme ways including sleeping in the same bed, hanging out in the hot tub, and so on. Meanwhile there current partners are spying on them, whether it be a video feed or an audio feed, they get a chance to see what they are up to. This show often causes break-ups. I think this show is hilarious. I enjoy seeing the looks on their faces when they see what their girlfriend/boyfriend has done. (Of course it is not real)If you want to laugh and be highly entertained at the same time, then watch this show.

Ridiculous But Not Bad.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 13 July 2008 08:12 (A review of Parental Control)

"Parental Control" is a reality television show where two parents try to get rid of their kid's girlfriend or boyfriend, because they hate them. I think that concept is rather funny. The parents choose from from several daters and they each pick one. After that, the dater and their kid go on date filled with numerous activities. Meanwhile their parents and their partner are watching the whole thing on Television. This show is supposed to be hilarious when they crack certain jokes but you can tell they have a script for the show, and the acting is some of the worst I have ever seen. Other than the horrible acting aspect, this show is rather fun to watch. It is recommended for some cheap entertainment.

Very Entertaining Mostly.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 13 July 2008 04:41 (A review of Journey to the Center of the Earth)

Journey To The Center Of The Earth" is a very good film for the most part.

Brendan Fraser stars a a scientist named Trevor Anderson. He studies earth sciences at a university and in his spare time. His Brother Max Anderson mysteriously disappeared ten years earlier on a trip. Nobody knows why or where. Trevor desperately wants to know, so he sets out on a trip to the center of the earth with his nephew Sean. Prior to that they take a plane to a foreign country. They get lost and go to the nearest house. There, they meet a woman named Hannah. She is the daughter of the late Sigurbjorn Asgeirsson; a great scientist who was studying the same concept as Trevor. She ends up charging them 5,000 dollars an hour to lead the way the center of the earth. The three go on a tremendous journey with several obstacles.

You would think that plot would be all entertainment with no flaws or dull moments. Which is true, except for a couple of scenes that throw the film off quite a bit. Brendan Fraser does great, but could have been a little better. As for the the rest of the cast, They were great.

The story was very well made. It had almost nothing wrong with it. I was hooked from beginning to end, and there were several unforgettable aspects. It was very adventurous. I thought I was there at some points it was so in depth and fun to watch. The visuals were also stunning.

I think this is the perfect family film, with no thinking required, and just enjoyment. If you are looking for a great Oscar winning film, you will obviously not find it here, but if you want a fun to watch film, then this is the film to watch.

Amazing Quality.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 11 July 2008 04:10 (A review of Invincible )

The first time I saw this film, it was on Blu-Ray Disc. I am actually very happy that I didn't watch it until it was released Blu-ray because if I had seen it in theaters first, I would not have known how good this film actually was. Watching it on blu-ray is literally amazing. Amazing quality, Amazing Sound, Amazing everything. Watching a film in high definition really helps out the experience. I would say it makes a film 50% better. That is a vast improvement. DVD is good, but you really need high definition to fully enjoy a film and "Invincible" is no exception. I recommend the Blu-Ray Player.

Extremely Entertaining And Mind Boggling.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 11 July 2008 04:01 (A review of The Real Hustle)

"The Real Hustle" is a fairly new show about a group of hustlers that go around various cities and states to hustle certain random strangers just to show you how easily it can happen in real life. It is one of the most entertaining shows to watch because the things you see these con artists doing is pure real.It really surprises me too, because most of the hustling they pull of is ridiculous and look's nearly impossible to complete. Yet, they make it look like a piece of cake. It kind of makes you think you can pull these things off, but I highly doubt it. They steal peoples wallets, hustle people's items, and many other crazy things. basically that is the main reason for watching this television show. Not to mention the fact that is hilarious to see the reactions on random strangers faces when they get hustled. Watch this show. You will not be disappointed. You will love this show.

One Funny Show.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 11 July 2008 03:49 (A review of South Park)

There is not really much to say about South Park because everyone already knows everything about it. It has become a classic to everyone that watches it. And frankly I think it is a great show. The geniuses: Trey Parker and Matt Stone put together a very funny television show. My favorite is probably Cartman, Stan, or Kyle. I highly enjoy every character though. The things that happen in this show, are hysterical, and fun to watch over and over again. What a great show.

UMM? No.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 11 July 2008 02:02 (A review of Futurama)

This show fails on so many levels. It is just filled with stupid jokes and very stupid concepts. I don't remember laughing at this show once ever. However, people say it is one of the greatest shows on television. It might me be because people settle for next to nothing in comedy on t.v these days. I don't know. That is just what I think. this show is just not for me. It just doesn't have the material that I look for in a television show. I am not saying it will not appeal to you, I am just not very fond of it.

Entertaining.

Posted : 15 years, 10 months ago on 10 July 2008 10:14 (A review of Fear Factor)

This is one of the most entertaining shows on television. I think that because the contestants pull of some pretty crazy stunts and a lot odd and funny challenges. Some of them are extremely intense. I think Joe Rogan is the perfect guy for the hosting job. If you haven't seen this show yet then I suggest you do. It is very fun to watch.
